The last day the crew was finishing up and the torrential downpour beganâ ¦.and we listened and watched the new pump work down in the basement, saw the water pour outside our home at the drain end, and no water flooding our basement!. Proof that first day, and every rainfall since. "Absolutely easy to work with, we had great communication throughout the project being completed. Took extra time due to myself wanting a special ordered trench drain to be used in front of the garage. We liked that they came out for a final inspection of the work that had been done and to see if we were happy with it before final payment to be made. We would hire again if needed. "As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."
