In order finalize sale of my house, I needed to provide written verification that HVAC system worked. This is the system he initially installed. Showed up and did the inspection. However, asked for cash for the service. I made three requests for invoice. First at point of service. He said he would email. Requested invoice the following. He said again he would email. Hours later asked again and received no response. Had to schedule another company to perform service in order meet settlement deadline.

We had double vanity sinks that would not drain. A plumber from another company tried to snake the drains but the snake kept getting caught. Bob then came and solved the issue for us within a couple of hours. He explained our different options and started with the least invasive one, which involved working on pipes in the attic. He is a great problem solver, friendly, professional, fast, and reasonably priced. We will call Bob for all future plumbing jobs!

Likely time and day scheduled on first call. Called to confirm first thing in the AM. Arrived on time. Identified and repaired the problem (cartridge) within 30 minutes. I have used Ferretti Plumbing in the past and always have been a satisfied customer. Very responsive, professional, and personable. Always willing to answer questions and share knowledge.

Mr. Ferretti was willing to work with the homeowner by showing me what I could do myself to keeps costs down as much as possible and was professional and thorough in the work he did himself. I couldn't ask for more.

We have had the same guy for a number of years and he is very good. My wife takes care of the bills. He is thorough, and he goes over everything twice, and makes sure there are no leaks. He is convenient, and him and his wife are overall nice. The cost is reasonable. He was out of town, and he called the next day and said we would be the first one on the schedule. He is very quick, and he is right on time. He tells you 15 minutes and he will be there in 15 minutes, if he tells you half an hour it is half an hour, he is very good.

Mr. Bob Ferretti came out and figured out why my walk-in basement had flooded for the first time in 50 years.   This was not an easy task, because he also had to look at the issues of my rain gutters.  He explained the amount of water that was landing on my driveway and roof and coming in simply was too much for the drain pipes from my house.   Mr. Ferretti attends yearly seminars and educational sessions on water issues of all kinds and receives certification for this expertise.  He explained some issues of urban planning that may cause problems for the homeowners in the near future.  He had knowledge of legal issues, as well.  He suggested two methods for diverting rainwater from my basement.  One was to join a neighbor in creating a swale for the rainwater to run from the street and driveways into a creek.  This wouldn't work for us, because the neighbor did not want the mess and expense, which I can understand.  The other was to hire a landscape contractor to create a rise which would divert rainwater away from my basement.  Using a hose and other measurements, he indicated the exact location and dimensions of a proposed hillock.  He then placed sandbags (I think I went out and got these, but he may have helped, can't remember) in a line just so the next rainfall would not cause problems.   He totally took care of the problem, far more than just suggesting a provider or snaking out a drain.   I got a contractor (who I will review when I get the time) to do the work, and have had no flooding since.  And if memory serves, Mr. Ferretti's hours of very strenuous work on my property cost me only $200.   I really felt his work was above and beyond what I expected.  I felt that he cared about my family as people as well as customers.  //   I've used Mr. Ferretti for years for indoor plumbing work, and he's always been excellent.   He's the genius of plumbing. Really smart man who does things right.

Bob (owner) called to let me know what time he will arrive.  Came to house arriving 20 minutes early.  Very professional, courteous and was frank on everything he was doing to keep me in the loop throughout his visit.  Only good reviews and I would hire him again and tell everyone I know to hire him.

I've been using him for three years.  He's a small company and he or his wife always answer the phone.  He's really nice and will figure out any problems without tearing out walls and creating a bigger mess.  He's also really neat and cleans up after himself.  I also called him because my water heater was dripping and he told me to get a cap for the drain valve which cost me only $2.00.

Excellent. Will use again. Bob and his wife are both very courteous and responsive. Both talked to me for at least 1/2 hour discussing the situation even before I made an appointment. Bob is very experienced and methodical in his approach, and tries his best to fix the issue without breaking the bank.

We have called Bob many times over the years. He, with the very able assistance of his wife, Mary, are both very responsive in returning calls and scheduling appointments. I have recommended him to friends when they have needed plumbing work done. Bob is very pleasant and very thorough and we can always be assured that the job will be done correctly and completely the first time.

Mary was very responsive and courteous. She got hold of Bob and he was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, did it, and cleaned up after himself. I would use this company again.

Everything went as well as could be expected. Bob was detailed and performed everything to our expectations.

Left a message for Bob on Sunday afternoon, describing the problem and asking for him to call the next day (Monday). Bob called Monday at 7:30 AM and was at our house by 8:15 AM to work on our toilet problem. Tank wouldn't fill w/water, even with a new fluid master. Bob changed the water supply line, and it worked like a charm. The line he replaced had some kind of filter on it that clogged and shut down water intake. He also fixed several bolts that our installer hadn't tightened enough.
While Bob was here, my husband asked him to look at our newer, very expensive Toto toilet that took forever to fill up the bowl. Bob replaced the water supply line on this toilet, too, and tightened the ball c*** assemblly. Just like magic, the toilet flushes perfectly!
Before calling Bob, I checked him out on Angie's List, and I also was pleased to see that he advertises in our weekly church bulletin. Those two and quot;recommendationsand quot; led us to a top plumber who knows what he's doing and works hard to help people with their problems. We couldn't be happier with Ferretti Plumbing!

I have used Ferretti Plumbing for years. Although he is more expensive than others, I find him to always give me an honest price for the work done, and always done in a timely fashion. The day my hot water tank sprund a leak, Bob was out to replace it. Found things that previous plumbers had done wrong. You never have to call him back to refix something. He asways checks things more than twice.

He did a very good job. The toilet was installed about 1978 and had begun to leak around the bottom where it met the concrete. Unfortunately, when the toilet was removed the tank broke lose because the bolts holding it were plated steel and not brass. Because of this they had been rusted very badly. Bob had to go and get the new parts needed and then reinstalled everything.

Bob is usually pretty busy but he makes a genuine effort to get to the job on a timely basis especially if it seems like an emergency.

He was very nice and very neat. He knew his job well and talked with my husband as he went along with what he did. We liked him very much. I thought he was very honest and trustworthy.

We have been using them for years. Bob is very reliable and punctual. Their pricing is very reasonable.
