I had very old pipes, and Bob was very gentle in clearing the blockage, so that the pipe did not break, and he did not have to replace the pipes behind my wall. Bob also installed a new faucet in my bathroom. Very satisfied. Would use Roy's Rooter again for plumbing needs."
