I was originally hesitant due to estimate, but seeing their work I was infinitely happy I hired them. The work was completed beyond my expectations, especially the floor repair work on my wood floor that was damaged by erratic temperature changes through the fall and winter months near my sliding glass door."

"Nine year old upper double hung window glass seal failure. Glass replaced under life-time warranty. Took about three weeks to order and 10 minutes to replace. Very satisfied."

"They were very prompt with coming out for initial estimate. We first met with Robert who was very knowledgeable, but a little pushy and very salesman like. At that time we did proceed with window order but not door. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel initial order. We did go to office a while later and met with Richard who was awesome and not at all pushy. We ended up ordering windows, doors and shutters. Richard was great and patient, despite us making two order changes (decided to enlarge one window and not get grids in the front door sidelights). Overall installers did a good job, there are a couple things I wish they had discussed better with my husband and myself. When all is said and done I am happy with our experience and purchase."
