They are the professionals, but I do not think you get an even application by walking with a tank sprayer (could be wrong and there is no way to prove how well the scotch guard was applied). Just a note: you get your carpets cleaned and the cleaners wear their shoes from the street on your carpet. They cannot wear some type of protection on their shoes so that they do not ditty the rugs they are cleaning?. When they scotch guard they are walking on wet clean carpet with their shoes on."

I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house.
