"Sandy and her team at Dawes Cleaning Services are simply amazing! I hired them for what can only be described as an impossible cleaning task... my son's condo. It had gotten so bad that I would not go in there, and it was difficult to find a path to walk through. I sent Sandy a complete set of pictures of the condo's condition, and was incredibly impressed that the Dawes Cleaning Services team decided to take it on. We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."
