"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Paul King of King Heating and Cooling recently installed a new AC system in the Clubhouse of our Condo Association. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and was right on budget. Our Board of Trustees is very pleased with the work and with Mr. King's response time. Mr. King also was good enough to check out my personal AC unit at my condo and, for a very reasonable price, was able to improve the unit's efficiency and cooling output. I will definitely contact King Heating and Cooling when I need to upgrade my system."

We provide expert appliance repair services on all major appliances. We will service all makes and models. We can usually get you back in business within 24 hours of your call. Our technicians are MCAP Certified Master Technicians and experts at getting your appliances fixed properly the first time. We have well stocked service trucks to reduce the possibility of a part order and return trips. We have a full time part store for fast turnaround time and for our customers to purchase parts and supplies. You will like our service!

"Every once in awhile you encounter a service business that combines the qualities of professionalism, honesty, punctuality, knowledge, and outstanding customer service--and Dave Smith Appliance is one of those businesses. We have had a few problems with our new Whirlpool refrigerator, and Dave Smith's company has addressed each of these issues with: a) quick response to email inquiries--often answered by the owner himself; b) service appointments scheduled promptly; c) skilled, well trained technicians who properly diagnoses and resolve problems. Example 1: One technician determined from his research that even though my refrigerator had been recently built, the company had already updated its control box; thus he ordered one under warranty for installation. Example 2: I emailed Dave (owner) to ask whether the cold spot in the top center of my refrigerator (which was freezing vinegar and water bottles) was expectable since the air control valve was there. Most repair shops would have said "yes" to avoid a warranty service call. However, Dave was most concerned with making sure that everything was just right, and said that he would be glad to send a technician out. In sum, I highly recommend Dave Smith Appliance Services."

Appliancezone.com is a leading on-line retailer of appliance parts and accessories for do-it-yourself homeowners. Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Caution! Look Elsewhere!! Save yourself!!! Broadway Sales and Service No Communication, No Follow Through, No Ownership of Mistakes, No Customer Service Our AC didn’t start up in May and we filed a claim through our home warranty that came with the sale of our house. Broadway Sales came out and looked at the unit and stated there was no electricity running to the outlet of the AC Unit. I scheduled an electrician to come out and they verified that the outlet was indeed providing sufficient power and charged me a $100 service fee to come out. I contacted Broadway Sales and informed them that there was adequate power to the outlet. Broadway sales again came out to look at the unit and stated that the coils were bad and the unit needed to be replaced. I contacted the home warranty company and they stated that it can take up to 5 days to review the assessment submitted by Broadway sales. After waiting 5 days, I contact the home warranty company and they stated that Broadway Sales had not submitted the paperwork. After finally getting ahold of either Ron or Rich at Broadway Sales they said they had submitted it. The warranty company contacted me 3 days later to inform me it was submitted and approved. Broadway technicians (Tony and an assistant) arrived later morning on July 12th for install. They worked for a bit and then stated they need to go and get a tool from the store. After 4.5 hours, they returned to install the new AC unit and completed the install around 6/6:30. Tony was unable to get the unit to respond to the thermostat and ever actually turn on. He was able to jump the unit and said that it was working and charged me over $1000. I hired an HVAC tech from a different company to come and he was able to replace some fuses on the furnace and clean up some of the AC work done by Broadway Sales and was able to get the AC unit working. He stated that he was sorry to say the installation looked like an amateur completed the work. He did say that the unit was measuring very low, but it was hot and humid out and it hadn’t been on. On Thursday July 21st, I contacted Broadway Sales and told Ron the line was freezing up. He stated that it need more Freon and to be charged up. He had more Freon coming in on Friday. For the next two weeks I would attempt to call Broadway Sales to see when the Freon would be in as we already paid our out of pocket portion. If we were able to get through we would be given various timelines. The mailbox is always full so leaving a message was not an option. We had to put in multiple escalation claims with the warranty company just to hear back from Broadway Sales. We finally were told that Freon would be in on 8/3 and then again on 8/10. I called Ron at Broadway on 8/10 to verify it came in and to verify the tech was coming the following day which I was told yes. Tony never arrived on 8/11 and I contacted Ron and was told he would be at my house between 9-11. At 11:30, my wife contacted Ron and he said Tony was completing a job in Bowling Green and would be heading to our house next. I called Ron at 4pm and he said Tony was going to be calling me. Tony called me to say he was leaving Lima and wouldn’t be over. After complaining and contacting Ron to inform him it had been over a month since installation and payment Tony agreed to come over on Saturday. Tony arrived on Saturday and added the Freon and charged the unit. Today 8/15 the line froze up again and I am unable to use the AC unit. This issue has been ongoing since May. I would avoid Broadway at all costs and use a more reputable and professional company. 8/19 - We had another HVAC company come out and look at the unit. The old and new refrigerants were installed together by Broadway Sales and Service. The new condenser is now contaminated and the unit is being recommended for replacement. So we paid them $1,100 to have to have another company replace the brand new ac unit they just installed."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

Professional services offer expertise, the right tools, guarantee work quality, and often better access to replacement parts than doing it yourself.

Most hot tubs use between 1,500 watts and 6,000 watts of electricity, depending on the voltage of your heater. 120-volt heaters tip toward the low end, and 240-volt heaters tip toward the high end. Expect your pump to add another 1,500 watts. Newer, energy-efficient models use less electricity, while older models use more.

With a gas stove, it’s easy to adjust the heat and flame size, which gives you more control and speeds up cooking times. Preheating and boiling water are also quicker with a gas stove versus an electric stove. However, gas stoves have drawbacks as well, including the fact that they release toxic fumes when in use. Plus, they’re more expensive and harder to clean than electric stoves.

Ovens are measured by the width, height, and depth of the overall oven (typically in inches). You’ll want to measure the oven not only for the final space it’ll be installed in but also to make sure all the openings in your home to get to your kitchen can accommodate its size.
