"Steve Rusk was very responsive to the water intrusion situation in our basement. The source/cause of the water intrusion was not obvious and Steve went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. He designed a comprehensive plan to remedy the problem and was able to have the work completed quickly. Not only was the quality of the work fantastic, but all of the workers he brought into our home were great. Our basement is dry and we have every confidence it will stay that way! "Everything was substandard. I would not recommend them to anyone. Communication, workmanship, not showing up to work, crew size, cleanliness, meeting commitments. A job estimated for 2 to 3 weeks took over 3 months. It is still not done to our satisfaction, but we "gave up", and told them to leave."
