Because if there is an error in measurements the delay will not be compensated for the time you need to adjust your work schedule, if you work and need to be home during the install. Inquiry about why did not reveal a personalized discussion why just access to dramatized videos and emails of people who were/could be taken advantage of by other companies. Window wells offered at this price were bottom of the line when compared to other companies products. On line research of windows did not reveal justified price premium for the job. Not sure what the extra money bought other than company stated peace of mind."
