"Had no intention to do upgrade or remodel . The door bell ring and a young man introduced himself as Jean. Stated that his company was doing a bathroom upgrade across the street . He seemed so genuine we invited him inside to share with us his and ways his company Ark could help us. Our house was built in 1972 , so improvements were needed. We agreed with his proposal and we are very pleased. Ark replaced our old outdated bathroom and laundry room . It looks like a new addition . Jean was on site every day the was being performed. "We recently remodeled a 100 year-old Craftsman home. We initially discussed the project with Mose Troyer and were very impressed with his knowledge and advice. The project required replacing and replicating a considerable amount of the woodwork. Mose also modified the existing Shaker kitchen cabinets. Modifications included building new cabinets to match the existing ones. He also adjusted several cabinets while maintaining the original look of the cabinetry. Mose also completely built an entire wall of pantry cabinets in the Shaker style. He installed new baseboards and window trim. He rebuilt and repaired existing window trim in several other rooms. Mose integrated the repairs to the point that after painting no one could discern that the sill had been repaired. His work was flawless. In addition, he walled off a doorway and built a bookcase with enclosed shelves in the lower half. He installed 10 new doors with hardware in line with the original style of the home. He also installed two barn doors with hardware. He is conscientious and easy to work with. Without his creativity and craftsmanship the project would never have been as successful and we’re thrilled with the results. "Simon from Indianapolis took out my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. He did a great job. I love the finished work. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job."
