Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

"Haley is awesome. We already have our 2nd day schedule. I have to stretch them because if my budget. She full of energy which is catching. We worked together due to my anxiety issues but she led and kept me focused. Iam not to tell what is the best to do but she seemed to have knack. She really inspired me and showed me it is possible to have the home I want. And that soon I'll be able to invite my grandchild over to a clean, safe place.
