Top Of The Line Painting LLC offers Interior Painting to include, ceilings, walls, turning natural wood trim to white, cabinet refacing, counter top applications, and minor drywall repair. We also offer Exterior Painting Services such as vinyl siding, historical homes, brick homes, pole barns, and aluminum siding. We have a dedicated sales team that meets with every potential customer in person to look over the painting project, take measurements, and ask a few questions about the project at hand. We rarely give quotes via email, and we NEVER write a quoted price down on a business card. We put a lot of time into our estimates so when it's time for the customer to decide, they understand exactly what we are going to be doing with their project. For all jobs I do ask for half the contracted payment to be paid before the job is started, an the other half to be paid at the time of completion. There is also available options for a payment plan, but same as the full payment option half of the contracted billing cost must be paid before the start of the job. For the the security of the business and for the home owner all jobs that are to be contracted with my company will have fully legal binding contracts for either full payment or payment plans an for the work that is done by Smith' s quality home repair &remodeling. I'm also fully insured.
