"Don’t leave review too often but very pleased with CMC. Looking for large painting job throughout home. Tried multiple quotes. Couple with no response. CMC quick to respond and quote came in the lowest and included the paint. Scheduled us quick, showed up when they said they would. Paint job was excellent. On top of this, paint company mixed the wrong color and tint was very slightly off in our tall entryway and stairs. You could hardly tell and most wouldn’t notice but Mikes team came out and made it right. Brought all the ladders and equipment out again to repaint that room for us. Won’t use anyone else for paint going forward. show more

"A.I.S. Renovations is outstanding! We hired them to do a full bathroom remodel, taking everything to the studs, removing a wall and relocating both the shower and sink. They transformed our small, drab Clintonville bathroom into a spacious, beautiful new space. From start to finish, A.I.S. delivered exceptional service and excellent craftsmanship. Aubrey was phenomenal in her design aesthetic and guidance through the initial planning and design phase of the project. She made everything easy and enjoyable, always keeping us up to date every step of the way. The budgeting and contract process by Parks was professional, honest and straightforward. Parks provided a clear budget and his estimate aligned with other bids. While comparable to other contractor bids, ultimately the value A.I.S. provided us in customer service and work quality made their bid the best by a long shot. During the design phase, Aubrey and Parks sat down with us, provided a 3D model of the new design and talked through every little detail we wished to discuss. We are highly detail oriented and meticulous customers. Parks and Aubrey only showed appreciation and patience with us, giving time to talk through specifics and options to avoid as many surprises as possible down the line. The team was upfront from the start about the potential of delays on specific components of the project due to disruptions caused by the pandemic in the construction industry (cabinet shipments, scarcity of glass for shower, etc). They never promised a precise completion date for this reason and I had great respect for their honesty and clear explanations. Once work started they were efficient in their use of time and never had delays or significant days missed. I was impressed with Jay’s coordination and project management when it came time for multiple experts to complete their work (electrician, plumber, HVAC, drywall, etc). They were timed perfectly, one after the other with almost no days missed between them. Jay was highly communicative, texting us once a day with what and who to expect next. Whenever we had a question or concern, he had an immediate answer and resolution. The A.I.S. carpentry team was outstanding. Jason and Austin completed the demo, framing, set the cabinets, installed a new window and completed the finishing work. Their carpentry work was incredible. They built all new baseboards, door frame and window frame to match the original wood work of our 100-year-old house. They even built a beautiful custom bench to cover some HVAC pipes is an adjacent room. They made everything look original to the home. They were on site most days, taking care to keep our pets safe and make our family feel safe. The project came in on budget and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final results! A.I.S. "We've worked with Scott Hall Remodeling twice so far-- once back in 2010 to remodel two bathrooms at our old house, and again in 2018 to finish the basement at our current house. You get what you pay for. They are a group of reliable professionals who will provide you with an excellent end product. Our basement now is higher quality than our first and second floors in our opinion! Our house is a new build (built in 2016), and on hindsight we wish Scott Hall had built our entire house! They also stay mostly on schedule with their projects, which seems to be a rarity in the construction industry. Our basement's finished space they worked on is roughly 1600 square feet. We put luxury vinyl wood flooring down throughout the entire basement except in the workout room where we opted for rubber flooring. Scott Hall uses high quality materials such as wood trim (not MDF which our home builder used unfortunately for the trim upstairs), top quality paint (again better than our builder used even though we upgraded when building), etc. We contacted Scott Hall Remodeling around May '18. Developed the layout and signed in June. Purchased the cabinets in July and Scott Hall's crew started work in August. Work completed for the most part in November with some punch list items wrapping up in December. Joe Davis was our construction manager and we would highly recommend him. He's very respectful of the fact that he's working in a house that you need to continue to live in during the process. He listens to any concerns you may have and does his best to find a solution. Our egress window was drafty and I wasn't satisfied at first; Joe returned to find a solution and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he moved on (which I can say from experience, most contractors would've just walked away and said their job was done. Attention to detail was outstanding. I never expected it to look this good. This is a screened-in, attached 12' x 12' porch completed in cedar with tongue-and-groove boards, stairway and railing. The inside ceiling is vaulted with a fan box and outlets on all walls. Integration to the house walls and roof appears seamless. I believe they exceeded their budget on this one. <br /> Although some might think they are a bit pricey, it's worth every penny if you want a 1st Class job done.show more

"Dan was right on the job and got the mitigation complete in quickly and professionally. We like Rite Way because they’re “full service” - they did EVERYTHING to make our area look like new again.
