40 Andrew diagnosed a board failure, and also determined that our furnace was unsafe to operate - not a surprise given the facts that it's 25 years old, and is installed in a damp crawlspace. We made arrangements with CJS to replace our furnace and our failed AC.

There was some structural damage due to termites and Matthew of McNeal's did an excellent job of repairing the structure and designing and remodeling the bathroom.
