"From start to finish, my experience with Rogers Basement Waterproofing was the the kind of experience we all hope for when hiring a professional. I contacted Rogers initially to get an idea of how to start addressing external moisture issues around my home’s foundation. My plan was to start by having new downspout/sump drainage lines installed, but my goal was to find a trusted company I could have confidence in for addressing future foundation/basement issues that are inevitable in aging homes. Shortly after my initial call, Nick contacted me. At our appointment he arrived promptly and took the time to listen to all my concerns. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate with. He answered my millions of questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, I felt so impressed with that consult that I signed a contract on the spot—something I never do—for installation of drainage lines. The day before the scheduled work, Nicole—the Office Manager—contacted me to confirm and answer any questions I might have. I did have a request concerning one of the lines, and she relayed that request as soon as our call ended. Within minutes, I was contacted by Nick that my request was noted. Nicole was so incredibly nice that it further confirmed that I’d chosen the right company. On the scheduled day, the 4 man crew arrived on the dot. Shortly afterward, Nick stopped by to see how the work was going and to see if I had any questions/concerns. The crew, Zach, Craig, Hunter, and Josh were the hardest workers ever and couldn’t have been more friendly and pleasant. All four, and Nick, went out of their way to put my mind at ease about the process. The crew are more than skilled workers, they are craftsmen. They did meticulous work and went above and beyond. While routing a line to avoid tearing up a garden bed, a huge rock had to be hacked out of the ground. It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise. "We had our roof done by technicare and the experience was excellent. Aeron helped us work with insurance to help make it affordable. He communicated with us often and answered all our questions during the process. The day of the installation, they finished in 1 day and it looks amazing. They even used the extra shingles to redo our shed for us! 11/10 experience!"

"Richardson Exteriors did the roof of my apartment complex in Dublin and also did the roof on all the garages in my apartment complex. During the process of them doing the roof on my garage they neglected to let the office Personnel know that they are going to do the roofs that day like they said they would let everybody know. They went ahead and did the roof with everybody's belongings in the garage and their vehicles which caused damage to my vehicle and other people's belongings and vehicles. I had nails on top of my car, shingle grit all over my car, and chunks of plywood all over my car. My car is a classic vehicle and the paint got damaged. I had my office at my apartment complex reach out to them they never contacted me or the office I tried to contact Richardson exteriors directly through email and they did not reply. 100% would never use this company ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone."

"Beware, this guy is a crook. Not only did he take us for $325, he faked a death so not to return to fix the leaks. Was told his work was 100% guaranteed, and he was ‘sure’ to identify the root-cause. Gave a quote for $325, and told us the job would take 45 minutes, a little concerned, that $325 for less than a 1 hour worth of work was right, went against my better judgement. The biggest mistake was paying by check, not credit card, thus had no recourse. When he came to the house was on the property for 30 minutes, took him 20 minutes to set-up the ladder, and only spent 10 minutes on the roof… a complete scam-artist. When the leak was never fixed, we called him to return, only for him to start faking crying a family death, which he couldn’t return to the property for another week. Never showed, and ran away with our $325 check. If you’re still dumb enough to use this crook, and he shows-up on the property, run fast. We are filling a lawsuit to gain our refund. True Crook, True Scam Artist, makes me not want to use Angie’s List. Buyer Beware"

"Fantastic job by Rain One. I had to have all new pipes put in from my house to the street. There were numerous bushes and plants to navigate but they did a fantastic job. They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One."

"Where to start? You never know what you're going to get when someone comes to your door and tells you they can do a storm assessment on your roof. Of course, before I committed to anything, I did my due diligence and looked up their reviews and I couldn't believe that a contracting company on Google received 4.9 stars! My fellow reviewers were spot on! From the very beginning, Quality Builders they took great care of our roof process from dealing with insurance, to the Solar Company, keeping me constantly updated and the process was so simple! My main point of contact on the project was Dave Shumate. Wow! What a gem of a contractor. He was in continuous communication, would even send holiday messages to us, which was above & beyond! They helped me through the insurance claim process, it was our first time making a claim on the house, and would help me with every question I had. Next, they had to schedule with the solar company for panel removal and reinstall, I barely had to speak to anyone with the solar company. Dave also came to a meeting with another guy who helped me pick out the shingle and drip edge colors. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect the day of our install and if I ever had a question (usually about solar) and he didn’t have the answer, he would immediately contact his company, get an answer and get back to me ASAP. When it was time to install the roof, I was floored by how many people they had here to complete the job. Dave of course was present and watching over everything for us. They arrived when they said they would and done by 5pm. They did an amazing job cleaning everything up, we never even found so much as a rouge nail left in the yard. We had some issues with the solar company when they arrived to reinstall our panels, from not finishing and returning a couple of days later to leaving our yard an absolute mess. Dave contacted the solar company to issue a complaint for us and was successful at getting the solar company to reimburse us some money. Due to the sloppy job they did on our yard, Dave even came back for a final roof inspection to make sure they didn’t leave the roof looking as bad. Unfortunately, they left a bunch of trash up on the roof too, but Dave took care of all of it. Would I recommend Quality Builders of Ohio for your next home project?! Absolutely, over and over! Answering that knock on my door last fall was the best decision I could have made for improvement to my home. A huge thank you to Dave Shumate and the Quality Builders of Ohio team!"
