"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I had hired PG to replace the septic tank two years ago. They seemed friendly and helpful completing the job quickly. It cost $6,000 for the new tank install. There were problems with the tank being full for the past two years and requiring pumping repeatedly. PG claimed it was just needing the filter cleaned, but that was done monthly with no improvement. After two years, they came out charging $300 to assess it again and claimed the leach field was bad, and an aerator system needed installed for $18,000. When I received 2nd and 3rd opinions stating the initial install was improper, and the tank had settled too low, PG became belligerent at the idea, stating that is not possible. They said they would come back out to inspect again and charge me for it, but would not fix anything because it was correct. They never would come back out from there. I had to use another company to come out dig the yard back up to fix their installation. The septic and leach field work fine. Do not hire PG."

We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."
