"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I was recommended to Alternative Building Concepts Inc. by a family friend and I also found their information in the Yellow Pages phone book. My friend recommended them to me because he knows that they do good work and that they are a Christian based company. I contacted them on a Monday morning and within an hour someone had contacted me back and we set up an appointment to meet the following morning. I was very impressed in how fast someone had gotten back with me. The next day when I met  the contractor he was very professional and polite. He was also on time ( Yeah!!!). He was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail. We signed the contract the next day. There was a crew at my house getting started working on Thursday. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"I contacted Mel Yoder's Home Improvement for an estimate on my home and when the gentleman came out to look at it he identified some hail damage to my roof.  I wasn't even aware there was hail damage so I was quite suprised to find out there was damage to my roof.  The insurance company came out and paid for a new roof and then when they opened the roof up they found out my roof boards weren't up to code and got the insurance company to pay for that as well.  I was extremely pleased with their work.  They did the entire job in one day so they weren't there for weeks on end.  I would recommend the Yoders again and if I ever need anything else I'll ask for Dwayne."
