Best Choice Home Inspection

I found Best Choice Home Inspection from an online search. It was very easy to schedule an inspection and I scheduled a appointment for later that week. Kevin Ruffner was the inspector that showed 15 minutes early as did I. The inspector pointed out everything he found and answered any questions I had. He is very knowledgable and was very professional. After the initial inspection I had the emailed report after 24 hours. I would absolutely recommend Kevin Ruffner to any friends or family. The realtor selling the property said, "This is the most detailed inspection report I've ever seen." I'm still in the market for investment properties and I won't use anyone else.

It went very well, I called him at 9 a.m. and in 5 minutes I had an appointment set up for the next day at 10, he was courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered before he left, he provided us with a 150 page report, most inspectors only give you about 30-40. He also sent an email with the report within 24 hours. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to any other members in the Cincinnati area.
