"Platinum replaced my hail damaged roof. The work was done in a very timely manner while going above and beyond what was originally estimated. (Repairing the builders short cuts) Communication was great and cleanup was very good. Highly recommended!"
"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I was recommended to Alternative Building Concepts Inc. by a family friend and I also found their information in the Yellow Pages phone book. My friend recommended them to me because he knows that they do good work and that they are a Christian based company. I contacted them on a Monday morning and within an hour someone had contacted me back and we set up an appointment to meet the following morning. I was very impressed in how fast someone had gotten back with me. The next day when I met the contractor he was very professional and polite. He was also on time ( Yeah!!!). He was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail. We signed the contract the next day. There was a crew at my house getting started working on Thursday. The work was done in the time frame that they had given me and all the workers were very respectful of my home. I would use this company or recommend them to anyone that needed any home repairs. "
"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
"Hats off to Joe Russell and his crew at 3R Builders. They did a new roof, new deck, and installed some doors for us this past fall. Very dependable and professional workers. They answered our questions, told us about our options, and pointed out the pros and cons of what we wanted. I was comfortable and very satisfied with the crew and their work. We have a couple more projects that will be going on soon, and 3R Builders will get the call. Professional, talented, and super work. We highly recommend them!"
"I contacted Mel Yoder's Home Improvement for an estimate on my home and when the gentleman came out to look at it he identified some hail damage to my roof. I wasn't even aware there was hail damage so I was quite suprised to find out there was damage to my roof. The insurance company came out and paid for a new roof and then when they opened the roof up they found out my roof boards weren't up to code and got the insurance company to pay for that as well. I was extremely pleased with their work. They did the entire job in one day so they weren't there for weeks on end. I would recommend the Yoders again and if I ever need anything else I'll ask for Dwayne."

Older homes with outdated plumbing or wiring also require prompt updates. Plan your timeline carefully around the seasons. Spring and early fall are ideal for ground-breaking, avoiding frozen winter ground and the late winter OH river flooding season that complicates site access.
