"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. "There were quite a few issues along the way. Bottom line, their communication should have been better. I had to complain to achieve a desirable outcome and get the job over the finish line. At the end of the day, they provided quality work and they corrected all of the issues I had. I didn't love that the sales person quoted a flat rate and wouldnt include a price breakdown. I feel like I overpaid for what was done, but my foundation and crawl are cleaned up and sealed, and I know it was done right."

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

We have a 98 year old home with an all brick exterior that had never been tuckpointed or power washed. Jason and Billy came out and powerwashed it first and they were able to get the original brick color back. Then our 3 main gentlemen: Justin, Nigel, and Rylan did the tuckpointing. They did an amazing job! I can't say enough about these guys. Plus they were very friendly and professional. If you need tuckpointing, etc done on your house, hire SF Restoration!
