He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call.
