Marty conducted a thorough home inspection and provided a detailed quality report for us with photos. We are aware that all homes have problems, but Marty uncovered code violations and numerous egregious shoddy construction defects in a new build home that we were planning to buy. His report prevented us from making a costly mistake if we had purchased this home.. Marty was friendly yet professional. He provided excellent customer service and was even wiling to call us very late at night after our long work days were over and go over the report with us item by item. Marty actually has done 2 inspections for me. Both times he was on time. Very professional. Takes the time to explain all his findings, answers any questions you have, and also will answer questions that come up after you receive the report. The report is very thorough with pictures of problem areas. I hope I don't have to but would definitely hire Marty again. One note, the cost of service included travel costs but I was aware of that when I hired him. Still worth every penny.

We actually hired Marty twice to do 2 different home inspection the first house didnt go so well- meaning it needed way to much work I was willing to do. Marty was up fro t and honest with us about everything the would need fixed. Then he remembered us when we got to the next inspection and said right off the bat this is a much better house. Marty was on time, professional, and very meticulous in his inspection. If you want someone who is going to review everything with a fine tooth comb, this is your guy. He provided a walk through after the inspection as well as a full written report. All were done in a timely and effective manner.

Martin was on time.  He was friendly and professional.  He wanted to go thru the house by himself before I got there to make his notes without interrupting questions from the potential home buyer or seller.   When I arrived, he was ready to review his findings with me and the seller.   He was very methodical about explaining his findings.  He patiently answered my questions and made recommendations as needed.   He was diplomatic in sharing his findings to both the home seller and the potential home buyer.  His comprehensive (22 page report - some of the pages were an item by item tick sheet) came later the same day as the inspection.   His findings were noted under each category and were recapped in a summary page.   There was a table of contents page that I found very helpful to flip to to find specific items.

Mr. Eblin was on time, very knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and detail oriented.

He arrived on time, introduced himself. He told us he would look at everything he said it would take about 3-4 hrs. He said he would then walk us thru everything. He did, he explained it all answer all questions. Made recommendations very kind very patience.
