 + -1 moreBill has worked on my heat and air unit's for the last 4 years. He installed a heat pump in 2011, In 2012 the unit died, The compressor went out. BIll came back and looked at the unit, He called the manufacturer and the were going to send a replacement compressor to repair the unit. when He came back to put in the new compressor He found other problems with the unit. Instead of repairing the unit He called the manufacturer and fought to get me a new unit. BIll Powell is a great guy he will go above and beyond to get the job done right for you.
Description of Work: Bill installed a new heat pump and services it anytime needed.
