Very satisfied with this service. They had to remove an old (huge) furnace, taking it up narrow basement steps and bring in and install the new one. They actually were able to install this a week earlier than originally planned, which was great. They were very professional and courteous.



We had to wait another week for the gas company to come and turn the gas on, and when they did come they said we had a small leak in one of the pipes that had to be repaired before gas could be turned on. Called Len Wheeler and he immediately came and fixed the leaky pipe and we even managed to get the gas company to come back the same day and turn the gas on. Len came and fired up the furnace and made sure everything was functioning properly. There were a couple minor issues that he had with the way his guys had done something, and he came the next morning and fixed these to his satisfaction, which was great, because I wouldn't have had issue with it myself, but he wanted it done right.

With regards to the furnace itself, Len Wheeler gave us the best price on the highest quality unit of all the estimates we had obtained.

It was handled very professionally. I have no complaints at all about the service they provided and they absolutely did a fantastic job. They probably were just busy but they ended up delaying one day.

I was real happy with their service. They did a very good job. They were always on time and finished the complete install along with duct work in three days.

He's the best one around.
