"We met with Jim in March and went over our needs for a yard that includes wet/dry zones and was having new flower beds installed in the spring. Jim presented a great plan and was open to suggestions which included changing the zones in the far back from vertical to horizontal. He explained his process of doing spring openings first before he did new installs. The spring of 2019 was a record setting wet spring so our project was delayed until July. Jim stayed in contact and was able to accommodate us as his first residential install for 2019. He showed up as promised with a crew ready to work and finished the job in the 3-day time frame. He was able to creatively work through challenges so the system meets our needs. I LOVE having the entire system controlled from an app on my phone. The app is intuitive and it is easy to create multiple schedules involving a variety of zones - some are grass and others are flower beds. The system is flexible and additional heads can be installed as we add more plants to our landscaping. We also have a rain monitor that works in conjunction with the local NWS reporting station. Jim and his crew are professional, easy to work with and nice to dogs who need a break outside during the day. I highly recommend Jim and his crew!show more

"In April of 2015, the issues continued in one section of the yard and Ramon of R&R was contacted. After several phone calls, workers finally were sent in November to address the areas of concern. Unfortunately, in the Spring of 2016, the yard was such a quagmire in one section, that it was not usable. Contacted Ramon of R&R late March via phone, as well as a follow-up letter sent with photos of the backyard. He and his crew came out in June. The area was built up with additional topsoil, bare spots and low spots in the yard were addressed. We were not charged for the time, labor and materials needed to correct the continued problem in 2015 or 2016. This to us, was a demonstration of R&R Landscaping and Design doing the “right thing” and ensuring that their customers are happy with the work they perform. Hopefully, the third time is the charm! "A tech named Al came out and he was fantastic, an A+. Came on time, put on booties in the house and worked hard and efficiently on the job. Excellent customer service guy. I had a couple sprinkler heads that I thought needed to be replaced but it turned out that they just needed new caps. He could have taken me for a ride on that to inflate the bill but was honest which I appreciated. Very fair price, $112.50 for a good amount of time and work. Wish everything went this smoothly.
