"Tech came out on 5/18/22 just as a rain storm was beginning to spread Cool Power . He clocked in at 11:45 to 11: 57am. Previous visit 4/13/22 same tech...same yard...clocked 8:35 to 905am. On 5/18/22 I watched tech whip his little automated cart around driving with left hand and waving a leaf blower behind him with right hand. I felt sick but did not know the strength of chemical he was spreading. (Also caught on security cam) Result numerous dying and dead rose bushes, browned evergreen ground cover, day lillies and ivy. Owner made an appointment yesterday to see damage. I stayed home all day. Owner never showed. Note each photo is a different carpet rose purchased for $29.99 each"

It’s a good idea to aerate your lawn in the fall or spring when there is plenty of moisture in the soil. If you plan to aerate twice annually, you can do so once in the fall and once in the spring. You don’t want to aerate when your grass is dormant, and you also don’t want to aerate directly after a big rain, as the soil will be too wet for the aeration to be effective.

Yes, aerating your lawn will help grass grow. Pulling out soil plugs or applying liquid aeration solution allows more air to circulate around the roots. A well-aerated and hydrated root system is the foundation your lawn needs to grow green and lush. Even if your lawn is healthy, annual aeration will keep it beautiful each season.

If your grass is stressed from being over-trimmed, try watering it heavily and then allowing it to recover for at least two weeks before mowing again. There are several possible reasons why your Bermuda grass is not thick, with the biggest reasons being too little water, too much shade, compacted soil, drainage issues, and too few nutrients in the soil. Bermuda grass needs frequent and direct sunlight to stay thick, so thinning grass is likely the result of a lack of sun.
