A Cut Above the Rest

Gerald’s crew did our mulching and edging for the first time, and we were happy with the work. A few weeks later, my husband ended up in the hospital for a long time. He usually mows our lawn. I called Gerald to see if his crew could do it, and even though the schedule was already full, he was willing to take care of the lawn for us. So kind of him to help, and they’re doing a great job.

Gerald and his staff are excellent. I hired him at the start of the spring season and things have been excellent. In addition to a fair price (wasn't the cheapest or most expensive), the results and communication are consistent. His business has started to grow, and I see more of his staff on my property than Gerald himself, but thus far things are fine. They also only mow when it's proper to do so, and there were times during the summer where he skipped a week if the weather conditions weren't ideal. I've had providers in the past that cut weekly regardless to make their weekly revenue churn - he's definitely not that guy.

My former lawn service "fired me" when I complained about their lousy job. A Cut Above the Rest was the only company that called me back when I made inquires to find a new service mid-season. They came out promptly and have done a wonderful job of cutting my lawn to the proper length and doing the trimming. They are less expensive than my former service. I am very pleased with how professional everything has been.

I like the fact that they have always maintained a good schedule in coming over, taking care of the rear of our property and cutting and trimming the 125 to 150 feet of grass behind our house. They do a good job and the owner's very professional. He's responsive too. If there's anything we have issues with he will come out and correct them, whatever they may be. We look forward to using them this season as well.

They are absolutely excellent company. They do a really good job. I like the fact that they are professional and they come on a regular basis. They do whatever I decide that I want. I have never had any problems with the gentlemen that come to cut. They are always very respectful. It is just good to do business with them. They are willing to do anything above and beyond. They take care of my yard very well.
