"I used the offer here on Angieslist. I got a call the next day while I was traveling. He texted me and asked for email. Sent me a quote that night and I set up for early May. Will follow up on here regarding my experience and if any of the issues noted by others are there. Update after work completed. Planned for yesterday delivery and work completion and cancelled due to weather. Reached out and told we need to find another day, Said any day this week. Crew of four showed up today. Placed mulch in a timely and clean manner. Possibly a little deeper level of mulch could have been applied but the area generally takes 10 yrds. Overall, prompt, clean job, good clean up."

"Very professional, very educated, customer oriented and very helpful."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. "All the work originally contracted was awesome. After most work was done we requested to add some additional work to the contract. The work was completed but the workers misunderstood some of the request. When we called to discuss the issue the owner was at our house 1st thing the next morning & "made it right!" We are VERY happy with all the work !"

"I hired them to do my master bath remodel. Super professional right out of the gate with customer satisfaction and design input. Their craftsmanship is unbelievable they really pay attention to the fine details and the tile work is incredible I had no idea about inserted shadow boxes in shower but they install 2 of them and their like the art work of the bathroom. I would recommend this company to anyone Cleveland remodeling and masonry really takes their work seriously and you can tell they strive to do their best work everyday!"
