"We received five quotes from top Columbus area inground pool companies, and Kirkbride was the clear choice. David came prepared with samples, photos, and a full walkthrough of the installation process. Unlike other companies that required us to prep the area ourselves, David assured us Kirkbride would handle everything. He listened, understood our needs, and offered more value, larger pool options and better equipment even though the price was only slightly higher. The installation was outstanding. The entire team was professional, friendly, and informative. We were home throughout the project and asked many questions, and the crew always took time to explain. Their workmanship and professionalism were exceptional. A special moment deserves recognition: on the final day, team member Parker helped an elderly neighbor transfer from a wheelchair into a minivan. He did it without hesitation. That act of kindness speaks volumes about the character of the Kirkbride team."

"They destroyed the old one that we attempted to put up. They hauled away the pile of rubble that was “supposed” to be a waterfall. They were on time, they were beyond courteous and helpful and quick. They did it in two days; they had it up in time for Mother’s day. The gates were kept closed; there were no cigarette butts on the ground. They let us know what they were doing. Jake talked to us several times before he got started so we knew what he was doing. I was very, very pleased."
