"I had water damage from a leak in my roof and it ended up damaging part of my bathroom ceiling. My parents have used Speedy Patch for a similar drywall repair and they recommended them for us. While it took several tries to have an estimate done due to rescheduling by Speedy Patch the estimate seemed like a good price and I set up the repair for a week and a half later. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the date of the repair, but they were able to come out the next day. I think he did a wonderful job repairing the ceiling. It blends very well with the popcorn ceiling and you can't really tell that we had work done. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them."

"It could not have gone any better.  They were timely and pleasant during the initial consultation.  They provided an estimate which they adhered to.  They kept in touch leading up to the scheduled start date and did NOT ask for a deposit in advance.  The crew showed up on time the first day and every day.  The demo went well.  They worked tirelessly each day.  There were 3 to 4 workers every day and each was polite, appropriate and skilled.  They cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job ahead of schedule.  They had planned on a full 5 days and possibly another half day but finished in 4 and one half days, and for the original amount they quoted from the beginning.  The bathroom was up several flights of stairs.  They did all of the messy work outside, which meant hundreds of trips up and down the steps.  They prepped the floor, meticulously cut and laid the tile, grouted the work and finished the toe moldings.  When they were done they scrubbed down the outdoor work area, vacuumed carpets inside, and left everything in better shape than they found it.  The finished product is beautiful.  We haven't been able to find a single minor defect in any of the work and there was roughly 500 square feet of tile.

"I am very pleased with the service i received! I bought a deal off Angie's List and they called the next day to arrange a housecleaning for the very next day! So 2 days from purchase to having a Very clean house. They were very professional and emailed me to let me know they were running about a half hour late. Arrived promptly after that and got straight to work cleaning the house from top to bottom, after discussing a bit some areas i wanted to have more attention. We have four children and homeschool so a lot of people are home a Lot of the time = the house gets messy Fast. They easily worked around us and we were all pleased with the results. "Mr. Moyer is truly a professional and did such a great job repairing the damage.    During the process, I had one area that required drywall over an area that was to cover the pipes coming from the upstairs sink.    He noticed a drop of water on the drywall and I had to have plumber come out to repair the water leak under the sink.    It was such a subtle leak, but definitely needed repair prior to completing the job which could have caused more damage down the road if not detected.    He did an excellent clean up job as well once he completed the work."

"Fantastic! Owner Mark Decker came over to give me a price, which was broken down for each separate aspect of the work. Cost of paint was included. Ceilings were all at least 9' and higher in great room. We scheduled a time for the work and the painters, Ryan and Sean, were right on time. They were fast, neat, meticulous, professional in demeanor, courteous, pleasant, and their workmanship was great. Price was fair as well. The difference it made in appearance of space was worth every penny! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Everything was ugly depressing brown and walls needed lots spackling, and lots of sanding of poorly spackled spots. First photo shows some of the repair work and original brown. "Although we live in the same town, we did not know this contractor, we used Angie's List as a resource and reviewed references. From start to finish, we could not have been more happier.  Gary responded quickly when we inquired about an estimate.  We furnished the wood for the ceiling which was actually, pre-finished flooring.  Gary picked up the oak wood for the beams and built the beams on site.  Although I do not know the size of the beams, they definitely are quite large.  We are still amazed as the entire project took less than 10 days given Gary and a partner did the work.   The worksite was cleaned up every day. At the end of the project, Gary furnished a copy of the lumber yard bill for the oak and even took the excess back so the bill could be adjusted.  We appreciated this very much.   







The finished product is absolutely beautiful and well done.  We will not hesitate to call G Brand for future carpentry work and basically, after seeing his work and work ethic, plan on calling him for a bathroom remodel planned in the future.  It is nice to know there are honest hard-working people out there who really wants to do a good job and G Brand is one of them!
