"I had water damage from a leak in my roof and it ended up damaging part of my bathroom ceiling. My parents have used Speedy Patch for a similar drywall repair and they recommended them for us. While it took several tries to have an estimate done due to rescheduling by Speedy Patch the estimate seemed like a good price and I set up the repair for a week and a half later. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the date of the repair, but they were able to come out the next day. I think he did a wonderful job repairing the ceiling. It blends very well with the popcorn ceiling and you can't really tell that we had work done. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them."

"When removing the toilet to remodel my bathrrom, several tiles came up with it.  The floor was original to the house (68 yrs old) with a cement subfloor.   Since this is the only bathroom in the house, Dan agreed to start the job on Saturday.  I bought my own tiles and they completed removing the rest of the floor, applied two layers of leveler, layed the new tile and grouted.  It took four days.  When the rest of the remodeling was done they came back and reinstalled the toilet.  They were always punctual and very curtious.  Every tile cut was perfect!  The floor looks AMAZING!  I would recommend them to everyone who needs a reputable company that knows what they are doing."

"Mr Moyer repaired a hole in a plaster ceiling for us caused by a water leak.  He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the work for that price. The ceiling is plaster and had areas where it was coming away from the lathe.  He was able to salvage much of the plaster and repair the hole using drywall, matching the original texture.  We were extremely happy with the work and the price.  We were so pleased that three weeks later when we had additional water damage to a second ceiling we immediately called him to do this repair.  He had his son and another worker do this job and we were just as happy with their work and the price for this second job.  This repair was a little more extensive and ran $225.00."

"Fantastic! Owner Mark Decker came over to give me a price, which was broken down for each separate aspect of the work. Cost of paint was included. Ceilings were all at least 9' and higher in great room. We scheduled a time for the work and the painters, Ryan and Sean, were right on time. They were fast, neat, meticulous, professional in demeanor, courteous, pleasant, and their workmanship was great. Price was fair as well. The difference it made in appearance of space was worth every penny! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. "Although we live in the same town, we did not know this contractor, we used Angie's List as a resource and reviewed references. From start to finish, we could not have been more happier.  Gary responded quickly when we inquired about an estimate.  We furnished the wood for the ceiling which was actually, pre-finished flooring.  Gary picked up the oak wood for the beams and built the beams on site.  Although I do not know the size of the beams, they definitely are quite large.  We are still amazed as the entire project took less than 10 days given Gary and a partner did the work.   The worksite was cleaned up every day. At the end of the project, Gary furnished a copy of the lumber yard bill for the oak and even took the excess back so the bill could be adjusted.  We appreciated this very much.   







The finished product is absolutely beautiful and well done.  We will not hesitate to call G Brand for future carpentry work and basically, after seeing his work and work ethic, plan on calling him for a bathroom remodel planned in the future.  It is nice to know there are honest hard-working people out there who really wants to do a good job and G Brand is one of them!
