We will never use anyone else for our plumbing/heating needs. They are very professional, honest, reliable and reasonably priced. We had an issue with our furnace and were told by another company that we had 200 ppm of carbon monoxide leaking into our house and that it was a safety concern and we needed to have a new $7000 furnace installed. We decided to get a second opinion. Houston was not going to be able to come out for a few days but they ended up calling us back the same day and getting us in within 10 minutes. They checked for carbon monoxide with 2 different meters and found ZERO!! The issue was a motor that needed replaced and was only $350. They went and grabbed the part, came right back and fixed it within 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time with other companies that only want to scam you.

Ran camera but found no broken fittings. Findings were acceptable but advise to get a dollar estimate before start. $360 for a camera check with no further action was too pricey.

It went very well. We have used this company in the past. Their prices are fair, they are responsive, and they perform good quality work. I would recommend them to others.

I paid for the sewer line replacement, it was about $3000. The heating and air conditioner was taken care of by the insurance company, we had a flood in the house. It was very good. I have a brick street and they actually put the bricks back to where they should be because it's in a historical district. They pay attention to detail.

We've been using them since December of 2008. They are very punctual and very easy to schedule. Every time I've called, they've been out within a day or two. We've always had a very good experience with them. When it comes time for any heating and cooling services, we call them directly and don't even shop around for that any longer.

We had a newborn at home, it was February and very cold, and noticed about 10:00 at night that our heat wasn't working. They were out within 2 hours and had it up and going.

It went just fine.  The office called me to say the technician was on the way, even early.  He arrived.   Determined the problem.  Obtained the proper equipment, installed it, and was off to another appointment.  I have dealt with this company before, and will again. THank you Houston Plumbing!

The tech did a good job, but I was not impressed by his unprofessionalism and grumpy attitude about his job and having to work for a living and having an unbuttoned shirt, too. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Yes, I will use Houston Plumbing in the future, but I will most certainly make sure this tech never comes to our house again!

Technician Garland attempted to repair our old water heater on the first day after we called for service. He then very efficiently replaced our old water heater with a new water heater on the second day after we called for service. Thank you.

Went well. I had a model selected, but they had one at a better price.

Two very nice plumbers arrived on time and got right to work moving washer connections from the basement to the upstairs. They had to install a new drain line in the basement as the previous one was too small and previous hook ups were not up to code. They installed pipes on outside of wall in new laundry room with my approval and made them look very neat and unobtrusive. They also installed a vent pipe through the roof and sealed the roof properly. They hooked up the washer and ran it to make aure it worked. The guys were very tolerant of my questions and accommodated all my requests. They will be back in a few weeks to do another project for me. Great company and excellent customer service.

Our experience with them was excellent. They found the problem very quickly and fixed it. They were in and out really fast.
