We worked with David and used his entire process which included meeting and using his landscape architect (Gail Fraizer) and his Design Architect (Mike Studer), who's designs were important to the project. David took ownership and when snags happened he was accountable and quick to remedy. Our project exceeded our expectations and all of our guests immediately migrate to the outdoor area and are"

"Wonderful! They did a great job leveling the yard where the heavy equipment left deep gouges. They added topsoil, seed and straw. They also put our flower bed back together. They added mulch and put the stones back in place that were displaced. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat."

"I am very happy with LTB construction. I needed my windows replaced this year. After some research I decided to go with LTB. Their windows are the best quality for a very reasonable price. The crew was very courteous, accommodated me around my working schedule. Thank you so much Yuri."

"As the Career Coordinator for Mt. Auburn Preparatory Academy, I had the pleasure of working with Brian. Before starting expansion for our career center, I researched architects through Angi's list to ensure we would receive a top-notch architecture firm. I am pleased to recommend Brian and the Kian Architecture Firm wholeheartedly. I was impressed by this firm's professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness. Communication is important when dealing with changes, as they take place on every project, and this firm was on point every step of the way. Brian exceeded my expectations! We were truly pleased with our result, and they remained in constant contact with us throughout the project. Highly recommend them for your next construction project!"
