"No issues. Easy to contact. They were running a little behind but phoned me twice to let me know where they were in the process. They were behind about 1 hour and were in and out of here in about 30 minutes. Great team!!"

"Willis came in and repaired a number of deep cracks in my parking lot, then sealed the entire lot and painted it. They did a great job."

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

I have been in the industry for over 35 years and have ran my business for the past 15 years. I can provide references for every job I am tasked with. I have two employees who are professional in their appearance and work. We strive to make every encounter a pleasant and positive experience that will lead to a good reference in the future. We are punctual and have great communication skills with our clients. We look forward to helping our clients make their desires become a reality.

"Very well. They scheduled with us, and installed on the same day we got our new furnace. They worked with the HVAC guys so that everyone could do what they needed and still get out of the driveway. Usually buying windows is as ugly as buying a used car. This was painless. They gave us a price and that was a promise. Took a while to get the windows, but supply chain issues, NOT Zen was the key. I'd deal with them again, but since their windows are lifetime guaranteed, I won't need to unless i move."

"Overall: Process was great. Very professional and work was done insanely fast. Price: I got a few quotes and the matched the company I was leaning towards. Went with them as they were custom windows vs stock. Quality: Windows are great! Prior windows lost protective coating causing rooms to get insanely warm with all day sun. Not used to being cold when A/C is running! Responsiveness: Willing to answer any and all questions. Only thing I did not like was that both spouses need to be involved in the process. This was not needed for our project as it was a simple 1:1 replacement. Got to the point where I considered going with someone else, but was finally able to take appointment by myself. Punctuality: Extremely quick and arrived at front end of window (no pun intended). Professionalism: Did a great job installing, put down floormats, cleaned up after themselves."

"Flem’s service is a great cleaning company would highly recommend. Took care of my residential windows!!"
