Mr. Bailey was punctual & very professional.  He called the tenant, set up a time, & completed the work, leaving no mess.  The best contractor that we have used by far.

Steve and his helpers were very considerate...putting down floorcoverings when bringing in and taking out the temporary tank and when installing the Navien.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and careful.  We had no complaints.
