We met with Matt for the estimate, and he walked us through all the possibilities and options (both good and bad). Most of our waiting was for the manufacturer once we decided to buy a 12x20 motorized awning with screen. Total time from buy to install was 4-5 weeks. The installers came out, and installed and cleaned up in under 2 hours. Product works great and performs as expected."

John Rada, in sales and ordering, provided us with a lot of helpful information as we made our decisions. Bonnie, at the office, helped us with questions & scheduling. Then John Bailey and Rob replaced our shabby old brick work with clean eye-catching white brick with their excellent mason work. Tim and Craig added our gas line and logs in a safe and totally neat way. And Joe did a wonderful job of installing the fireplace doors. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant and we totally recommend them."
