Bob was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions without no runaround and was not pushy and was just the nicest guy you'd want to meet. The installers Steve and Terry were very friendly and did an excellent job installing the awnings and the clean was excellent. I would definitely recommend Akron Canton Awning to anyone and their prices were well within our budget seeing we are on Social Security. Thanks Bob, Steve and Terry for a job well done.
