I didn't know that companies like this still existed.  My wife and I had 5 glass block windows with vents installed in our basement.  Excellent customer service from start to finish.  That's from the first phone call, to a rep stopping out to measure and give an estimate, to stopping in their store to check a couple of the features we selected, to a perfect installation.  And I mean a perfect installation.  The installers were literally perfectionists.  I'm a very picky person when it comes to workmanship and I can't find anything that they could have done any better.  Trust me, I looked.  I'm 40 years old and this is only the second time I've been completely happy with a company, their products, and their work.  They aren't the cheapest guys around, but after all is said and done, I'm happy to have paid their price for the quality we received.  I'd also like to point out that everyone showed up on time and they were very professional.  For comparison, Lowe's (Massillon, OH store) was supposed to deliver a new replacement washing machine (because they delivered a damaged one a few days earlier) the same day the window installers were here.  We were scheduled for morning delivery and they showed up at 2:50 pm.  They never called to let us know they were running late.  That's the kind of service you usually get.  Stark Glass block was a pleasant and refreshing change of pace.  They are truly awesome and we are happy to recommend them 100%.

Scheduled us within a matter of days.  Arrived exactly when they said they would.  Took extra effort to make sure the windows looked great and cleaned up after themselves.  Everyone we dealt with was polite & efficient.  Bill was exactly as estimated.  Very pleased with the whole experience.

The salesmen/estimator was very nice and polite. He explained everything that would be done and the price. They worked around my schedule and did a wonderful job of the installation. The installers showed up on time and cleaned up everything when done.

I'm very pleased with how it went.  They didn't mess around and executed flawlessly despite working during the first snowfall of the winter.  I was recommended them by my father, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants glass block.

On Nov9/09,Tom DeGarmo came to the house to give an estimate for windows on our shed. He was very honest and stated that he would be able to put glass block in only 3 of the 6 windows, due to structural framework of the other 3 windows. Since he only does glass block, I am going with another company to install 6 regular windows, to avoid having 2 different companies do the work. If glass block would have worked for all of the windows, I would not have looked any further than Tom DeGarmo and Stark Glass Block.

After estimate, they came out to install quickly. Guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

He was very honest, and we have a lifetime warranty. They did a nice job, they were here all day, they were very conscientious and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
