"We got several quotes from local HVAC providers / installers. We felt the most comfortable with the salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I got the best price from them which also included a 2-year membership in their Comfort Club (Spring and Fall service visits to check and tune-up my system). We were an all electric home until a couple of years ago when we added natural gas. When our 16-year old Trane heat pump developed problems this proved an ideal time to switch over to a gas furnace and air conditioner. We stayed with Trane as we were happy with our Trane heat pump. Because we have some space constraints and limitations for our new system, Extreme sent out their system designer the day before the installation to develop a creative solution that met our requirements and efficiently maximized the space with which they had to work with minimum impacts to us. The day of the install they arrived on time, were friendly but very professional and treated our home as if it was their own. They also took the time to answer my questions while the worked. Since it was bitter cold that day, they needed to be in and out all day, and we were without a heating system most of the day, they brought a heavy duty space heater to keep us from freezing until they were done. At completion, showed us how to use the new system including the new programmable thermostat, changing filters, etc. and they cleaned up everything and left our home better than they found it. They then submitted all of our rebate paperwork to Vectren and DP&L for us. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying and installing a complete new HVAC system. I highly recommend Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for and HVAC installation work!"

"They could not use the furnace that was advertised, they had to upgrade. Something about a down flow and up flow. The one being offered was either down flow or up flow, I cant remember, and I needed the other one so they had to upgrade it. I spend several hundred dollars more then that. I thought that they were prompt, the guy that came in explained everything in detail to me, showed me how to install the filter. He created it so I could easily install the filter which I couldn't on the other one. He was patient, took his time, and what was required to do a professional job. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and was good."

I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). I can install new appliances, but might need help lifting and setting the appliance (I do not dispose of old appliances). "The service turned out good. I was happy with the furnace because he gave me a Lenix. They came out the day after I purchased the big deal. He came out one day to check everything out, and he came out the next day to install the furnace. They were very professional, the only problem was that they weren't prompt, they told me that they were in the process of moving, and that is why they weren't prompt. Everything else was okay, they had proper IDs and uniforms, and even the vehicle was new with their name on it. I was impressed with that. I didn't compare the prices, but comparing it with Ebay, it was fair."
