"The bedroom window in my condo had been leaking and causing damage to the internal drywall and trim. I called Handyman Matters because they have done work for me before and I was very happy with the service. I had an estimate appointment two days after my call, and Jim came out to inspect the window and discuss the requirements of my homeowner's association - since we can only order/install certain kinds/colors of windows. Jim handled the ordering of the custom window, and within a week I had an appointment for installation. The old window was removed, trim was repaired, and the new window was installed/sealed/caulked and now I have absolutely no leaks and a beautiful new window. Once again I am extremely happy with the service of this company - from the owner, Paul, to the office manager Penny, to Jim who actually completed the work.
