"DO NOT USE! We hired Willy from W&T Concrete to remove and replace our front stoop and stairs. He told us he had 20 years of experience but the job was done incredibly bad and unsafe. The biggest mistake was the stairs were misshaped and ranged in heights from 7.5" to 10.5" which is incredibly unsafe and out of code. The form popped when the concrete was being poured so the stoop was badly misshapen. He tried to correct the issue by applying more concrete to the side but that just cracked within a day. All the edges were left raw which he then skim-coated some of them but not all. Due to the stair height issue being so unsafe, we have to have the full project removed and replaced by a new vendor. We worked out a refund amount with Willy and his wife due to the poor quality of the job. They paid half of that amount then cut off all communication and refused to refund the remaining agreed upon amount. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
