We use nontoxic solutions to safely and effectively clean your carpet and treat pet urine stains & odors to keep your pets and family healthy. If you have a pet, you need our pet safe carpet cleaning process. We also donate more to the local animal adoption center each time you schedule carpet cleaning. We have pets of our own so we know how important it is to take care of pet stain & odor issues safely & effectively. We have a customized treatment for just about every pet stain and odor problem you can think of. We can deal with dander, odor, oily spots, urine and situations that require a more advanced approach. But don’t worry, there are plenty of pet stains that come out with our standard steam cleaning process! For stains that are a little more stubborn we can use our Basic Pet Treatment process by pretreating the area with urine stain remover which helps neutralize and remove yellowing, then we thoroughly steam clean the area. After thoroughly cleaning the area we apply an enzyme that treats the fibers and neutralizes odors. If stains and odors are caused by frequent pet urination in the same spot, we can step up to our Advanced Pet Treatment process. We treat the carpet fibers and the padding by pretreating the area with urine stain remover. We then saturate the padding with an oxygen powered solution to break down stains and odors. After waiting 30 minutes for the enzymes to work their magic, we extract the stain with high-powered extraction. Sounds scary but it’s not bad for your carpet or your pets! Once extraction is complete we thoroughly clean the area again with a process that is designed to cancel out odors, leaving a light, pleasant fragrance. If our Advanced Pet Treatment is not enough we can get more aggressive and go a step further by disengaging the carpet, replacing the padding and sealing the subfloor. We will do everything we can to get your carpet back in great shape.

"Extremely unprofessional company. I worked here for a few years and we cut corners as much as possible and they up charged everything a crap ton. We would take a $2 sprinkler that a customer could dig up screw off and the new on on in a matter of minutes $40 and recomend things be done the most expensive way possible even if it could simply be fixed instead of replaced. They treat their employees good when they want and very poorly when they want. If customers would see first hand how we did things they would move on to the next company. As a lot of our customers did or would ask to contact my self personally because they hated dealing with our office due to how unprofessional they always are. All in all I'd say we are no where near a lot of the other competitors and would recommend you move on to a better rated company up the list. Just my personal opinion."

Hey, I'm Lance! I became a professional online portrait artist in 2006 after my family was taken from me in a tornado losing my mother, father, brother, and son. Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works.. Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to [email protected] with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's 225 for 11x14's 275 for 14x17's After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. "It is with a very heavy heart that I share this as I have shopped at Oakland Nursery for over 10 years and used various services including over $20K of work. Last year, I hired them for irrigation and sprinklers. The manager of irrigation left last fall for Colorado in the middle of my job. He had hired a sub to do it and I have had so many problems: left holes for kids to trip in, pummeled my fence, flooded my basement, planting grass in the wrong place, left a swamp. Although that sub is no longer there, they never hired another head of irrigation. They just used a guy that used to work for the previous head of irrigation (John). In order to solve the swamp issue, he sent a guy that wasn't a landscaper to dig up my sod and put dirt underneath. The previous head had recommended this in April but it wasn't done until months later, when the sun was too hot. It was a disaster and left a hazard as the grass was dying and pulling apart leaving large crevices. My daughter and I both twisted our ankles trying to get to the other side of the yard to water the veggies. They came and put hazard tape all around, ran my sprinklers around the clock and said no one could step on it for 4-6 weeks. I was left with almost half of my backyard that was unusable for a family reunion and two birthday parties. This was very costly to my family in the midst of COVID as we were planning to have these parties in the back yard. (They had also done 10K of work before this to plant a beautiful flower bed at the back of my yard that could no longer be seen because of the bright yellow hazard tape and tall weeds. They told me it couldn't even be mowed. I would have never consented to this if they told me it couldn't be walked on or mowed. When it was mowed 7 weeks later, there were holes, dead grass and a lot of bumps. They still haven't fixed this or even sent a boss to look at it. They send me bills with finance charges even though I paid before it was done. I already paid them $4100 for this service and they are charing me over $2K more b/c the head of irrigation did not put in writing what was a verbal agreement. There is no signed contract. I understand this is my fault but I trusted Oakland Nursery and John, the previous head of irrigation. This has been the worst professional experience of my life. I will no longer be using them and am hiring another company to fix it. I also have a lawyer who will now be communicating with them. My next email is to the Better Business bureau. I have never sued another company in my life, but sadly this is my next step if they continue to send me bills and don't correct the problems."
