Every year I always start spreading mulch in the front yard around trees and in the beds, but never quite complete the job. This year after starting the front yard late in the season due to lack of time and other commitments, I decided to contact Luxury Landscapes to complete the job in the front, sides, and backyard. Ruth Pitman came out and provided a fair estimate. So I hired Luxury Landscapes to apply the black hardwood mulch. Ruth and her crew of two employees did an excellent job and were timely and professional fitting me into their schedule within 5 days of signing the contract/estimate. I would definitely recommend this company for your mulching needs around your home or business. I plan on hiring this company in the future.

They showed on time and worked well. They also re-arranged the stone around beds. I'm happy with the cost and the work done.

Backyard landscaping has been our last priority as first time homeowners and it showed. We had done a DIY job of weeding and mulching last year and really didn't want to do it again this year. Our backs and bodies know their limits! They did a fantastic job in transforming our backyard from the aching eyesore beckoning for attention to a lovely low maintenance garden, all with good humor and a positive attitude.

John and Ruth have been incredible to work with. They came out to measure the existing beds and to get ideas of what we like. We really did not know exactly what we wanted. Ruth did a wonderful job of talking to us and getting our likes and dislikes. All the beds were overgrown with weeds in particular the triangular bed. That bed needed to be sprayed 3 times to kill the weeds. We had one surprise. A big tree root was found in the patio bed. A previous tree removal company left the root. John rented a grinder to remove the root. We gave Ruth leeway in designing and placement of plants. She did a great job. We love the results. She separated the hostas in front and spread them out. Daylilies are in the two circular beds in front and back. A hydrangea limelight and viburnum are in the front bed. The only part not completed this fall was the triangular bed. It was in horrible shape and will be done in the spring. Ruth and John with an assistant did all the work and they really work hard. The pictures do not do justice since it is late in the year. I forgot to take them in October. I will retake them this spring.

I bought an Angie's list coupon for $695 for Landscaping. After about 3 weeks with no contact I called. The owner informed me she couldn't do the work. I mentioned I had an Angie's List coupon that I had purchased. She sounded surprised (and a little irritated) that the coupon was listed and said she would call Angie's List. I called back Angie's list. After talking to them several times Angie's List returned my money. My comment is that a company should advertise specials only if they can handle the responses.

In early spring, they provide an estimate of services by month for the upcoming season, which gives us plenty of time to add/subtract items as needed.  Once the season starts, John and his crew professionally and reliably perform whatever's been agreed to.  Throughout the season, John and Ruth touch base to get our feedback and Ruth has provided us with great ideas on how to rearrange some of our plants to simply things.

They were very responsive. They gave a quote quickly. They showed up on time and did the work. The original quote was around $3000 and it ended up being closer to $2000. They did the work faster than expected, so it ended up being less. They were cooperative, honest and excellent! This worked out well and I am satisfied.

Luxury Landscapes were very professional and arrived on time to install the drain.  They had estimated they would have too install new sod and they were able to reuse our existing grass which saved us over $400.  They came out and regraded a small portion of our yard and installed a french drain to force the water to leave our yard.  Prior to the installation we were having water sit for weeks in our yard and had to tell all the kids not to walk through that portion of our yard as it was so soggy and muddy.  We had 4 companies estimate and they seemed to have the best plan that we had the most hope would work and for a reasonable price.  We are very happy with the work and our yard has been dry and useable ever since install which has made everyone happy.  We plan to call them in the future for any landscaping needs we have.

This went incredibly well. I received a quote very quickly after contacting the company. I received a start date. They showed up on time; and were friendly and professional. They worked relentlessly until it started raining too hard, which make the area too slippery. As promised, they came back early the next day and worked until the project was completed. I also asked a few questions about other landscaping issues, and they were knowledgeable in multiple areas. Once finished, they completely cleaned up the front and back of our home. Very satisfied.

It went great. They were able to fit us in earlier than expected, which was appreciated. When in doubt about something they asked us rather than guessing. They did a good job on everything they did. They did miss one tree, and when I let them know they immediately came out and took care of it.

They show up on time and always do a wonderful job. This last year was I believe our 2nd or 3rd year using them for that job. We ask them to hang a lot of lights and they also replace if they are not working properly.

They did job well  but you never really know when they are suppose to come. They give you the month your work should be done. You do not hear from them prior to them coming at all. 
We asked them to install some edging to prevent the mulch from spilling over on to the walkway.  The owner came back a few weeks later to measure the area but it has been about 4 1/2 months and we still have not heard anything back from them. 
Poor communication all around so you do not know if they plan to do the work or not or if they are at all interested in pursuing the work.
When you do speak with them, the couple who owns this company are both very friendly and polite!

I had purchased a large number of plants for new house.  They were a mess!  Did not look well-groomed, not planted well, etc.  Ruth from Luxury Landscapes came out and did the work - in the rain, no less - and really improved the look of the plant decor.  The price/service-charge was very reasonable, and her work was superior.

They did a major cleaning of our property and made our place look great. We have used them many times in the past and will use them in the future. They cleaned all the leaves, weeds and trimmed are trees and hedges. The small crew also cut back grasses, edge and mulched around the house and the islands.  They also use Round-up to kill the weeds before mulching! This is a First class company. We look forward to working with them every year! Thumbs way up. Excellent price for all the work they do. Call them if you want great service at an excellent price!
