The driver explained the receiving process and communicated the arrival date by text Unloading went well despite a problem with entry into my storage unit location. "Pack and load was on same day, so it was a long day. I was given a delivery time frame between 3 days after the load to 7 days after the load. Sadly, it did take the full 7 days, and there was some damages to my new floors from the move-in, but overall, the move accomplished what I needed."
