His price seemed too good to be true yet he was honest and got it done. What started as a bath tub to walk in shower change ended up a life saving floor joist change. The floor was soft and the wood had rotted out. He could have just worried about the shower yet he listened to my concern and fixed it all. Such a low added price for a toilet base that no longer leaks in the floor boards and a beautiful walk in shower that my mom can safely get in and out of.
