"DAN LAUTERBUR GAVE MY MOM AN HONEST OPINION BASED ON A THOROUGH INVSTIGATION OF OUR ALLEGED MOLD PROBLEM. I SAY ALLEGED BECAUSE I GOT TWO DIFFERENT QUOTES FOR RANGING FROM $3000-$5000 TO FIX AN ISSUE SHE DID NOT HAVE, WHAT THEY WERE TELLING ME WAS MOLD WAS ACTUALLY EFFLORESCENCE AND THE MOISTURE LEVEL WAS LESS THAN 2%. CALL THE BASEMENT AUTHORITY DON'T SCREW AROUND WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!! THANKS AGAIN DAN!!!!"
