"At the initial assessment visit, the worker sent to do the assessment was inattentive, took a couple business calls during the appointment, and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Customer service was lacking in that aspect of the appointment. Didn't have a full understanding of what we had already paid for (pre-purchased service from Angie's List). Purchased an Angie's List ad that had a defined service to be provided at a specific price. Additionally, we were told to remove materials (drywall, studs on the ground, insulation) which was not required prior to repair according to the worker sent to do the actual repair of the crack. At the repair visit, the worker sent was most excellent. A complete 180 on the customer service provided.
