"We use Jaime for everything now, for new work and to fix others' mistakes. Had Jaime remove attic ladder that was installed improperly and install new. Also had him set up a model railroading plywood top, custom fit in basement."

"The quality of Danny?s work is excellent. Danny went above and beyond the description of the job and exceeded our expectations throughout the job. Danny made helpful suggestions, and kept in touch with the stores providing the material so that the job would not be delayed due to material not being available when we needed to install it.
We have never experienced a contractor who was more considerate of our property, who cleaned up the job site every day (not just at the end of the job), and made sure that we were as inconvenienced as little as possible. The tile install on the floor involved removing the toilet, and Danny made sure that it was unavailable for only one day.
We cannot recommend Danny highly enough. His price estimate was very competitive with the other bidders on the job, and he stuck to that price. He is very dependable, and always arrived on the job when he said he would.

"lkkllWork was done promptly and carefully, with little disruption of basement. Included was the installation of a sump pump.
In the two years since installation, the system has worked beautifully and the walls, parts of which had gotten very wet, are now completely dry.

"Jimmy responded almost instantly to my contact, answered my call when I followed up, came to my home right away and completely cleared the tub drain in short order. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and entirely competent. I have already arranged for him to do another plumbing repair in the near future and look forward to it."

"Some difficulty in scheduling installation, partially due to his illness. Arrived late on a couple occasions, which was also frustrating. Started installation on a Friday night to minimize time needed on Saturday but was working past 9:00 PM and had to ask to wrap up for the night.One heating register was lost so I had to replace that which was an inconvenience.
Overall price and quality were great. Removal and haul away of old carpet was very helpful. Slightly cheaper compared to Lowe's/Home Depot for comparable products but prefer to do business with small businesses when possible.

"In February of 2007, the drain pipes from the second floor finally gave up the ghost. The leak caused damage enough to have to have the first floor bathroom renovated. In a couple of days the work was done and everything was cleaned up beautifully."

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
