"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

Left a message with Steve and he called me back promptly, came out on a Sunday and repaired the decent pieces but needed to make a new piece that was to damaged to be put back up. "The job went very well. The person that I spoke to in the office, John, was very knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful. I inadvertently sent the deposit to the wrong address. John didn't complain or change our scheduled install date. When I needed to delay the install (wasn't able to prep the site in time), he accepted it without any complaint. They built the shed on time, and didn't let recent rains affect our spot on the schedule. The builder Bob, was very pleasant and did a quick and professional job. They were e very loyal- owned Franklin Spoke with him several time - said they will make it right. next issue- winter- assured no- ice builder & no iclcles - we shall see. will be calling then again."
