Ashley (Project Manager) and Dave were the 2nd company to submit a bid on our basement remodel (thanks to Angi’s List). They came in with very impressive ideas and were extremely transparent with cost figures from the get-go. Meeting Ashely and Dave felt like meeting long lost members of our family. We had a rare comfort level with them right away. We cannot express fully in this limited review how professional Mikey, Tom, Falvio and Pedro were - the do exceptional work. The entire team was top notch, polite, and determined to give 120% to our project. We would never consider seeking construction expertise anywhere else. "

"Basement Finishing complete!! I know finding someone can be stressful so I wanted to give a shout out to Greg Henslee. His price was fair, communication was great and he finished on time (2 months). He was here every day minus weekends and an occasional day here and there. We even went on vacation, he still came everyday with no issues. I know Greg is booked probably through Spring 2026 but if you are looking for recommendations and not in a rush he is definitely worth contacting for a quote."

"We had the pleasure of working with River Mill Construction for our Screened Porch project. We had originally worked with Matt back in 2019, and finally in the Spring of 2025 were able to begin the project. Every step of the way was very well executed. The initial plans were clear, concise and accurate. During the construction phase we got to know our builders Mike and Tom, who are absolute rock stars and know exactly what they are doing. We built a very large screened porch with some tricky roof integrations which required the utmost skill and confidence. Everything was done exceeding our expectations and we loved working with the team at River Mill. The build team was incredibly conscientious while working around our home, they would spend extra time sealing off the work areas to limit dust and debris, cleaned up their workspace daily, and were "Meticulous" about their craft. I felt as though they put the same care and effort as if they were working on their own home. They were very flexible and willing to make and discuss any design changes needed. "Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"Very happy so far with the results. From Jean to the staff and scope of work and quality that was put into it everything has met and exceeded my expectations. Workers are very nice and easy to work with and they are very transparent and the workmanship is unbelievable. Very impressed. Had a tub and shower tore out and a a massive shower put in. Floors and painting and countertop to finish out the week and the job. The timeliness has been great so far. I would definitely recommend and anyone. Very pleased.
