"Paul (owner) was very nice, but I had no idea he was contracting the work out to another vendor and they showed up without me knowing they were coming or that they were contracted by him. A little pricey for what was replaced (2 gutters, 1 downspout and leaf guards for the 2 new gutters."

"The home genius team was very helpful. They put my roof on a while ago and I had a leak recently that they came and inspected. We determined that my box gutters needed fixed and I had them do the job. Walter the project manager was very helpful coordinating the work and the work lance did an amazing job repairing the box gutters."

"I had original roof and gutter replaced and gutter guards installed. Dealt directly with Juan. Timely communication and installs were done on schedule. . I had some additional trim repair done at the same time, which was contracted through a company recommended by Juan. Juan helped coordinate the work directly with the other contractor to take me out of the middle. I checked several other contractors and found the pricing provided was very competitive. We are very pleased with the service provided."
